Return & Warranty Policies


Returns

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from this website, simply return it within 30 days for a prompt exchange, replacement or refund. Please note that we do not accept returns on custom orders.

Subject to the exceptions, time periods and requirements indicated below, 665 will accept for refund merchandise purchased at 665, within 30 days of delivery if such merchandise is either (i) defective, or (ii) unused and unopened. All returns are subject to a 20% handling and restocking fee.

In order to be eligible for return and refund, merchandise must be in the original packaging with all supplied components provided with the merchandise (including but not limited to batteries, chargers, cables, manuals, warranty cards and/or hang tags), and must include proof of purchase will be required, a copy of the invoice/packing slip.

Shipping and processing charges from the original order will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective, as determined by 665 in its sole discretion.

Refund will be given to original purchaser only.

Please read our "Returning Merchandise" instructions below about how to return merchandise to 665.

Non-Returnable Items

Deals, Closeouts, Discontinued, Undergarments, Cock and Ball gear, Tit Toys, Gags and Dildos are not returnable, so please be specific on sizing and select these items carefully.

Refused Orders

If you refuse your order when the carrier makes an attempt to deliver your package you will assume responsibility for the shipping charges in both directions from 665 to your address and from your address back to us. You will also be responsible for any additional handling fees charged by the carrier and a 15% 665 restocking fee. No Exceptions to this policy will be permitted.

Returning Merchandise

To return merchandise within 30 days, CALL (818) 678-9193, and request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number*. An exchange, replacement or refund cannot be issued unless you have a Return Authorization Number. To ensure prompt processing of your return, please follow the shipping instructions below carefully.

      1. Securely repack the merchandise in the original shipping box or other packaging that will protect merchandise from damage during shipping.
      2. In large, bold print, clearly mark the RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER* on two outside panels of the box.
      3. Send your package prepaid and insured to:

      4. We recommend you ship via UPS, FEDEX or Priority Parcel Post Insured. Always retain your return shipping information and receipt for tracking purposes. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. 665 Inc. will not be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipment back to 665.       5. Due to COVID-19 and the increased volume at USPS, delays may occur we highly recommend using UPS or FEDEX for your return.

A Return Merchandise Authorization Number is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for exchanges or replacements. On credit card orders, please allow 2 billing cycles for a credit to appear on your statement for returned merchandise.

*IMPORTANT:

Any merchandise received without a properly displayed RMA number, or that otherwise does not meet the requirements of this policy, are unauthorized returns and will be refused and returned to the sender of origin.

Timing of Refund

665 will issue a credit to the original payment method for properly returned merchandise. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles after return of merchandise for the credit to be processed and visible on the applicable payment statement. In some cases returns are processed within 5-10 days depending on payment method and bank.

Warranty

Sport Fucker Warranty

When purchased from a Sport Fucker Authorized Dealer include a one-year (1) limited warranty from the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. During this one year period, if the product is found by Sport Fucker to be defective in material or workmanship, Sport Fucker will either repair or replace the product without charge (as long as it meets the terms of the warranty). No registration is needed, simply retain your original dated proof-of-purchase and warranty card in case warranty replacement service is needed. Please follow the return policy above to request a Return Authorization.

Cellmate Warranty

When purchased from a Cellmate Authorized Dealer include a one-year (1) limited warranty from the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. During this one year period, if the product is found by Cellmate to be defective in material or workmanship, Cellmate will either repair or replace the product without charge (as long as it meets the terms of the warranty). No registration is needed, simply retain your original dated proof-of-purchase and warranty card in case warranty replacement service is needed. Please follow the return policy above to request a Return Authorization.

MOD Warranty

When purchased from a MOD Authorized Dealer include a two-year (2) limited warranty from the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. During this one year period, if the product is found by MOD to be defective in material or workmanship, MOD will either repair or replace the product without charge (as long as it meets the terms of the warranty). No registration is needed, simply retain your original dated proof-of-purchase and warranty card in case warranty replacement service is needed. Please follow the return policy above to request a Return Authorization.

Prepaid Shipping Return

Merchandise that has been determined to be eligible for replacement may be issued a return shipping label. If approved, 665 will email you a return shipping label at our expense. You will still be required to box up the merchandise and drop off at an Authorized UPS Shipping Center.

Product Demo Units

Demo Units and Product Samples

Demo Units and Product Samples are products provided to prospective distributors, resellers and customers to evaluate and test before deciding whether to review, carry or buy the particular company product line and or products. This policy covers all Demo Units and Product Samples provided to prospective revierwers and resellers. Demo Units and Product Samples remain the property of 665, Inc. unless othewrwise agreed upon in writing by 665, Inc. Demo Units and Product Samples shall remain property of 665, Inc. and cannont be sold or returned for any monetary value. Demo Units and Product Samples that are not returned may be charged the full retail value of the demo unit.
